We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance for standard Umrah to allow time for visa processing, hotel confirmation, and flight ticketing. For Ramadan Umrah, book 3–4 months early as spaces fill very quickly. Hajj registrations should be made as early as possible — often 6–12 months ahead.
Saudi Arabia now permits women over 45 to travel for Umrah in a group without a mahram, provided they travel with an organised tour group and submit a letter of no-objection. Women under 45 still require a mahram. We guide every female pilgrim through the correct documentation for their situation.
Standard requirements include a valid Nigerian passport (6+ months validity), a completed Umrah visa application, recent passport photographs, a meningitis ACWY vaccination certificate, NIN, and mahram documentation where applicable. We send a complete personalised checklist when you reach out.

We work with the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAOB) and assist pilgrims through the official government quota process, including registration, documentation, and pre-departure preparation. Contact us early — NAOB quota slots are limited and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
